Service Agreement Terms for Onsoom (Onsoom Snap)
This service agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Onsoom (Onsoom Snap). The purpose of this agreement is to confirm the user's consent to the overall terms related to the service contract.
Article 1. [Online Contract]
This online contract serves as a confirmation of the user's reservation for the desired service date, time, location, and selected package. By agreeing to this contract, the service user confirms that they have fully understood the terms and conditions after sufficient consultation with Onsoom (Onsoom Snap) and have made an informed decision to use the service. This online contract will apply unless it conflicts with the specific provisions of the contract.
Article 2. [Consent to Provide Information]
Onsoom (Onsoom Snap) may request information from the service user (customer) to provide services smoothly. The service user agrees to provide the requested information. Onsoom (Onsoom Snap) will not use the provided information for purposes other than service provision. If the information is used beyond the original purpose, the service user has the right to object.
Article 3. [Deposit Payment]
The deposit payment is based on the total shooting cost, excluding the selected package's price after consultation. If the service user requests a cancellation after paying the deposit, the refund will be processed according to Article 9 [Cancellation Fees].
Article 4. [Additional Payment]
The additional payment refers to the remaining balance after deducting the deposit from the total package price. This includes optional products such as albums, frames, and prints. The full amount can be paid along with the deposit. If a service user who has paid the full amount cancels or modifies the contract, they may request a refund or adjustment of the optional product fees, excluding the shooting cost.
Article 5. [Invalidation of the Contract]
The contract may be deemed invalid under the following circumstances:
-
If the contract contains false information.
-
If insufficient information is provided for service provision (refer to Article 2).
-
If the deposit payment or balance payment is not made within the agreed timeframe (refer to Articles 3 and 4).
In such cases, Onsoom (Onsoom Snap) has the right to terminate the contract, rendering the agreement null and void.
Article 6. [Service Schedule Confirmation Process]
Once Onsoom (Onsoom Snap) confirms the deposit payment, it is considered that the service user has agreed to the contract. The service user must confirm the desired date, time, and location for the service. If the schedule cannot be arranged due to Onsoom (Onsoom Snap)'s availability, the service provider will refund the deposit within 72 hours and terminate the contract.
Article 7. [Establishment of the Contract]
The contract is established once the service user provides the necessary information and pays the agreed deposit, and Onsoom (Onsoom Snap) confirms the service schedule.

Schedule changes due to weather conditions on the service day are not allowed. Shooting will proceed as scheduled, even in rain (except in cases of heavy rain or snowfall). Heavy rain is defined as more than 5mm per hour based on the Windy application. Naver Weather will not be used as a reference due to its unreliability.

Article 14. [Compensation Policy]
